2016 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets, including the PSAC Championships … Hit a career-best javelin throw of 53.67m and placed seventh at the PSAC meet to help The Rock men's team to a second place finish … Had season-best throws at the Dave Labor Invite (hammer throw, 43.14m) and the SRU Open (shot put, 13.79m).

2015-16 (Indoor): Competed in six meets … Hit season-best mark of 14.82m in the shot put at the Kent State Tune Up … Had a season-best weight throw of 13.87m at the SPIRE Midwest Indoor Open.

2015 (Outdoor): Recorded a career best in Javelin with a mark of 50.87m ... Placed second at the SRU Open in Shot Put with a mark of 14.63m.

2014-15 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the Shot Put and placed 10th with a mark of 13.97m.

2014 (Outdoor): Competed at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with an 11th place finish in the shot put (14.40m).

2013-14 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the weight throw and the shot put ... Reached a personal best in the shot put at the YSU Invitational (16.06m) and another personal best in the weight throw at the same meet (14.47m) ... Competed in the PSAC Championships placing 22nd in the weight throw (14.02m) and fifth in the shot put (15.35m).

2013 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships and took 23rd in the hammer throw with a mark of 44.47 meters ... Competed in the SRU Last Chance finishing 4th in the shot put (14.69m) and seventh in the hammer throw (44.62m, personal best) ... Took fourth in the shot put at the SRU Invitational (13.36m) ... Also took fourth in the shot put at the Dave Labor Invite (14.62m) and sixth in the javelin (46.12m).

2012-13 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships ... Placed first in the shot put at the Al Hall Freedom Games (15.13m) ... Had two top ten finishes at the Youngstown State Invitation in shot put and weight throw.

2012 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put ... Had eight top-ten finishes this season ... Placed third in the javein (48.90m) at the Ashland University Alumni Open ... Recorded a third place finish in the javelin (49.62m) at the Dave Labor Invitational ... Recorded a personal best mark in the javelin,with a throw of 50.34 meters at the Shamrock Invitational.
