SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Slippery Rock University's home basketball doubleheader this Wednesday night, Feb. 11, has been selected as The Rock's annual "White Out" night. The women's game is set to tip at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men's game at 7:30 p.m.
 
The White Out has become an annual tradition at Slippery Rock with one football game and one basketball doubleheader each year serving as the White Out games.

All SRU fans are encouraged to wear white to the game.
 
The SGA Bookstore will sponsor the event. Official White Out t-shirts are on sale this week at the SGA Bookstore for just $5 for sizes S-XL. Shirts will also be sold in the lobby of the field house during the games while supplies last. 
 
The SGA Bookstore is located in the Robert Smith Student Center and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. during regular hours.

Wednesday night will also be "Hoops for Hunger" night with all fans encouraged to bring an item to benefit Rock Pantry+. More information and a list of needed items available HERE.
