Â
Helping Slippery Rock get to overtime was

Â
Brosky got The Rock off to a quick start when she played a through pass from Felix and beat Seton Hill goalie Carolin Edenhofner to the left 15 minutes into the game. Both sides combined for three unsuccessful shots over the remainder of the half to give Slippery Rock the one-goal advantage heading into halftime.
Â
Slippery Rock came out of the break with two near scores off of a Brosky shot that was saved and a header by Krueger that bounced off the crossbar. However, it was Seton Hill who was finally able to tally the game's second goal when Megan Warman's shot from 20 yards out found the back of the net to even the match at 1-1 with 21:29 remaining in the second half.
Â
The SRU defense regrouped to allow just one more shot by the Griffins in regulation while The Rock offense put three additional shots on goal over the remainder of the period only to have all attempts stopped by Edenhofner as the contest went into overtime.
Â
After a scoreless extra 10 minutes, Slippery Rock came out quick in the second overtime by firing off two shots in three minutes with the second being Krueger's game-winner to send SRU home with a crucial conference victory.
