LOCK HAVEN, Pa. -- Seniors Jeff Weiss and Pat Reagan finished third and fourth, respectively, in the individual race Saturday to lead The Rock to a second-place team finish in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championships at Lock Haven University.

Weiss (pictured above) and Reagan both finished the 8K race with a 24:28 time. They trailed only individual champion Chris Clark of California (Pa.) and No. 2 finisher Ben Hahn of Edinboro, who ran 23:56 and 24:10 times, respectively.

As a team, The Rock finished nine points behind Edinboro (56-65) and 20 points ahead of third-place Lock Haven.

The conference runner-up finish matched the Green and White's effort a year ago in Kutztown.

Joining Weiss and Reagan as All-PSAC performers -- a honor awarded to the top 20 individual finishers in Saturday's race -- were sophomores George Walton (16th place, 25:34) and Jason Leonard (17th place, 25:38).

Rounding out The Rock runners were senior Kevin Dustin (25th place, 25:53), junior Brian Ulrich (38th place, 26:15) and senior Evan Matthews (64th place, 27:01).

The Rock now turns its attention to next Saturday's NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional meet, which SRU will host at Cooper's Lake Campground south of Slippery Rock.
