Altoona, Pa. - The Rock ran away with both the men's and women's team titles in Saturday's Juniata Invitational at the Fort Roberdeau Historic Site.

The Rock men scored a perfect 15 points to easily outdistance second-place Bucknell, which finished with 80 points.

SRU's women, meanwhile, scored 42 points to finish ahead of Bucknell's 78-point total.

The 15-point effort was the second in as many weeks for The Rock men, who are ranked eighth in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division II national poll. SRU also had the top five scorers in the IUP Invitational one week earlier.

The Rock women are ranked 20th in the latest USTFCCCA poll.

The Rock's Matt Bluman was the second overall finisher and top collegiate runner in Saturday's men's race. He finished with a time of 25:29.9 on the 7,500m course.

Pat Reagan was SRU's No. 2 finisher with a third-place time of 25:30.2, followed by Chris Geddis in fourth place at 25:37.7, Jeff Weiss in fifth place at 25:37.8 and George Walton in sixth place at 25:48.8.

The Rock also had the No. 10, 11 and 12 finishers to claim eight of the top 12 finishes in the men's race. Michael Combs placed 10th with a time of 26:11.0, followed by Brian Ulrich at 26:21.5 and Evan Matthews at 26:22.9.

Jaime Wright led The Rock women's effort with a second-place time of 19:31.9, which set a new 5,000m course record for runners in their junior seasons of collegiate competition.

Crystal Burnick placed 10th with a time of 20:45.8, while Rebecca Younger was 14th at 21:08.2, Sarah Thompson 15th at 21:09.2 and Jennifer Pace 21st at 21:18.1.
