Four Rock players had double-figure scoring efforts Wednesday in a losing effort as SRU dropped an 82-72 decision to visiting Indiana U. of Pa. in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division action.
The loss in the season finale gave The Rock a 2-25 overall record and a 1-11 mark in PSAC-West action.
Jamar Scales scored a team-high 18 points for The Rock, while Dejan Jancic added 14 points and 15 rebounds, Erroll Robinson contributed 11 and Matt Hale chipped in 10 points.
The double-double was the third of the season for Jancic, the lone senior on this year's 10-man Rock roster. He was honored by the team prior to the game.
The Rock led for almost the entire first half of action, and held a pair of eight-point advantages, before Indiana closed the stanza with a run and took a one-point (39-38) advantage into intermission.
SRU never led in the final 20 minutes and found itself down by a double-digit margin throughout the final five minutes of action.
