Glenn Reepmeyer scored 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds Tuesday night to lead The Rock effort in an 87-37 exhibition-game loss at NCAA Division I/BIG EAST Conference power West Virginia.
Kenny Smith added seven points, Joseph Vines five rebounds and Erroll Robinson four rebounds for SRU.
The Rock opens its regular-season schedule Sunday (7:30 p.m. tipoff) at NCAA Division I Youngstown State.
That will be the first of four straight road games The Rock will play before hosting West Chester in the home opener at 3 p.m. on Dec. 2 in Morrow Field House.
