The Rock was outshot by a 10-6 margin.

Rock freshman goalie Sarah Lacy recorded three saves in her first collegiate game.

SRU travels to Queens College in New York for a 1 p.m. match on Sunday before opening its home schedule Wednesday (Sept. 7) vs. Lock Haven.
