Final Stats

West Chester, Pa. - Gary Saunders scored The Rock's only goal Saturday afternoon in a 4-1 loss at Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference foe West Chester.

The loss dropped The Rock's overall record to 2-3 and its PSAC mark to 2-2.

Saunders' goal came in the 22nd minute of action, off a double assist from Ed Mocarsky and Nick Christy, to put The Rock up by a 1-0 score before the hosting Golden Rams scored four unanswered goals to record the win.

Rock goalies Chris Cook and Pat Passewitz recorded three and two saves, respectively. The Rock was outshot by a 9-6 margin.

The Rock returns to action on Tuesday when it will host Shippensburg in a 4 p.m. game on James W. Egli Soccer Field.
