The Rock's Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division doubleheader vs. California U. of Pa. at Falconi Field in Washington, Pa., scheduled for Saturday, has been postponed until 1 p.m. Sunday.
If the games can not be played Sunday, they will be rescheduled for Monday and The Rock's scheduled nine-inning single game vs. Westminster will be postponed.
The Rock improved its record to 27-11 overall, 8-6 in PSAC-West action with a 4-2, 4-2 doubleheader sweep of California at Jack Critchfield Park on Friday.
The wins, coupled with Shippensburg's sweep of Clarion on Friday, moved SRU into a three-way tie for second place in the PSAC-West.
California (27-14 overall) leads the division with a 10-4 record, while The Rock, Clarion and Shippensburg are all 8-6.
Indiana U. of Pa., after sweeping a twinbill from Lock Haven on Friday, is now tied with the Bald Eagles for fifth place with 4-10 league marks.
The top three teams in the division will advance to the PSAC playoffs, which will be held May 9-11 at Shaner Field in Boalsburg (suburban State College).
