The Rock ended its seven-game losing streak Saturday afternoon with a 3-2 (27-30, 30-22, 30-15, 29-31, 15-13) defeat of West Chester in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Crossover Tournament at Morrow Field House.
Sara Kirsch had 52 assists, seven kills and 16 digs to lead The Rock attack.
Meanwhile, Layna Heilman-Houser had 17 kills and 20 digs and Stephanie Skiles posted a team-high 28 digs.
The Rock lost its first match Saturday as Shippensburg won, 3-0 (30-27, 30-20, 30-23).
Katie Greco led the team in kills with 12 and Kirsch had 33 assists and 12 digs to lead The Rock cause.
The Rock record stands at 7-9 overall, 1-5 in PSAC competition.
The Rock will take on PSAC-Western Division rival Clarion Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at Morrow Field House.
