Final Stats

Slippery Rock, Pa. - The Rock lost 3-2 to Kutztown Friday night despite the efforts of sophomore Katie Greco and freshman Louise Schultz, who posted 17 and 16 kills respectively. The loss in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Crossover Tournament, hosted by SRU at Morrow Field House, dropped The Rock's record to 6-8 on the season.

Game scores were 32-30, 25-30, 22-30, 32-30, 15-13.

Greco and Schultz were two of four Rock players to post at least 14 kills on the night.

Layna Heilman-Houser posted a team-high 27 digs to go along with her 15 kills; Lindsay Weber had 14 kills and 13 digs.

Setter Sara Kirsch had a team-high 60 assists.

The PSAC Crossover event continues Saturday as The Rock takes on Shippensburg at 1:00 p.m. and West Chester at 4:00 p.m.
