Reepmeyer's double-double goes for naught, Rock falls to Mansfield

Mansfield, Pa. - Glenn Reepmeyer scored 23 points and grabbed 12 rebounds and Mason Glick added 21 points, but the efforts went for naught as The Rock dropped an 89-60 decision at Mansfield in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference "crossover" action.

The loss was the fourth in as many games this winter for The Rock. Mansfield evened its record at 3-3.

The Rock trailed by five points, 39-34, at halftime before Mansfield took control of the action and outscored the guests by a 50-26 margin in the final 20 minutes.

The Rock's next game will be at 6 p.m. on Friday when SRU will take on Mars Hill (N.C.) in the opening round of the Fairmont State (W. Va.) tournament.

Note: Sunday's game was the fourth in a season-opening seven-game road trip for The Rock, which does not play its first home game until Dec. 22 when Mercyhurst comes to Morrow Field House.
