Junior forward Glenn Reepmeyer scored a game-high 25 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead The Rock's effort in a 78-60 loss Tuesday night at NCAA Division I Youngstown State.
The loss dropped The Rock to 0-2 on the year.
Jason Bratten and Mason Glick added 13 points each for The Rock, which trailed the hosting Penguins by only five points (37-32) at intermission.
Behind Reepmeyer's lead, The Rock outrebounded YSU by a 38-34 margin.
SRU is idle until Dec. 4, when it will visit East Stroudsburg for a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference "crossover" game.
