Final Stats

Millersville, Pa. - The Rock posted three wins over Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Eastern Division opponents at the PSAC Crossover event held at Millersville University Friday and Saturday.

The Rock defeated East Stroudsburg Friday, 3-0 (30-18, 30-20, 30-19).

On Saturday, SRU defeated host Millersville 3-1 (30-20, 30-23, 24-30, 30-15) and Cheyney 3-0 (30-5, 30-9, 30-5).

With the three victories, The Rock improves its overall record to 14-12.

Lindsay Weber led the SRU cause with 22 kills, 45 digs, 13 service aces and four blocks. Meanwhile, Layna Heilman-Houser posted 28 kills, 40 digs, eight service aces and four blocks.

Louise Schultz and Megan Smith each led The Rock with seven blocks.

SRU seeks to continue its winning ways Tuesday when it takes on PSAC--Western Division rival Edinboro at 7 p.m. at Morrow Field House.
