Slippery Rock, Pa. - Shippensburg University defeated The Rock 9-0 Saturday afternoon on Bob DiSpirito Field at N. Kerr Thompson Stadium.

The loss drops The Rock's record to 1-11 overall, 1-10 in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.

Tara Bailey recorded 12 saves in the loss.

The Rock will take on Washington & Jefferson on Monday at 6 p.m.
