Edinboro, Pa. - The Rock dropped an 81-57 decision at Edinboro in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division opener for both teams.

Justen Stubblefield was The Rock's leading scorer with 14 points. Nathan Lankford added 13 and Bill Johnson chipped in 12.

The loss extended SRU's losing streak to six games and was The Rock's 12th defeat in 15 games this winter. Edinboro improved to 7-9.

Edinboro shot 60 percent from the field in the first half and enjoyed a 43-27 lead at halftime.

The Rock returns to action on Saturday when it will travel to Shippensburg for a 3 p.m. PSAC-West game.
