Millersville, Pa. - The Slippery Rock University men's soccer team lost a 2-0 decision to Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference rival Millersville University on Saturday to fall to 2-9-1 overall, 0-3 in conference play.

Millersville (9-2-0, 2-2-0) has now shutout its last six opponents in succession.

Freshman goalie Jeremy Miceli (Smithtown, NY/Smithtown HS) recorded eight saves for The Rock, including one on a penalty shot.

The Rock returns to action on Wednesday when it will travel to Wheeling Jesuit University for a 7 p.m. non-conference game.
