The Slippery Rock men's soccer team suffered a 4-3, last-second defeat to visiting Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference rival West Chester University on a goal with 3.5 seconds left to play.
The Rock fell to 2-12-2 overall, 0-5 in PSAC action.
Rock freshman forward Justin Riggle (Aurora, OH/ Aurora HS) scored the game's first goal in the 16th minute.
After West Chester scored the next two goals, Rock senior defenseman Jeffrey Dugan (Pittsburgh/Schenley HS) tied the game with a goal in the 64th minute.
West Chester countered and went up 3-2 before The Rock struck back in the 86th minute on a goal by senior forward Pedro Power (Miami, Fla./ Braddock HS) to knot the game at 3-3.
SRU returns to action Wednesday when it will host California, Pa., in a PSAC match at 3 p.m. on James W. Egli Field.
