Picot ran a 28-second personal best in the invite section of the 5k at Bucknell to break the SRU record and place fifth overall, behind only club runners and Division I athletes. Her time of 16:45 made her the top Division II athlete in the race by 13 seconds, the same margin she leads the league by. She currently ranks 14th among all runners in the nation in the event.
