Slippery Rock University Athletics

One of the many highlight of the Slippery Rock University men’s indoor track and field team’s performance at last weekend’s YSU Invite came from Trevor Miller, who recorded Slippery Rock's only individual win at the meet with a victory in the shot put. His throw of 16.76 meters bettered his previous NCAA provisional mark from this season and stands as the eighth best throw in the nation so far this year. It is also just shy of the SRU record of 16.85 meters set by Cory Darr in 2000.
