Jasmine Bailey, put up solid efforts in three events Saturday at the SPIRE Midwest Open. She placed second and was the first collegiate finisher in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.16 seconds, which is the best in the PSAC so far this year. More than 100 athletes were entered in the race.
 
Bailey also placed fifth in 60-meter finals and clocked a time of 7.83 seconds in the event. She closed her day by running a leg on the fourth place 4x400-meter relay that finished with a season-best time of 4:00.67. She was joined by Casaundra Swartzbaugh, Lexie Nowakowski and Lauren Harvey on the relay.
