Slippery Rock University Athletics

Senior Allison Shade led The Rock field hockey team to wins over Seton Hill and Kutztown in a 2-0 week for Slippery Rock. With the wins, Slippery Rock extends its win-streak to three as The Rock improve to 7-6 overall and 5-4 in the PSAC. The Rock's seven wins match the seventh-best single season mark in program history, with five games remaining on the schedule.  
 
Against Seton Hill, Shade led a late second half comeback by assisting classmate Baylee Childress for the equalizer in the 57^th minute. On Senior Day against Kutztown, Shade scored what would be the game-winner in the 30^th minute.
 
With the points, Shade moves into a tie for 10^th place in program history with 14 career goals and into a tie for 7^th  place with eight career assists.
