Stephen Donnelly moved into 13th place in Slippery Rock history for points in a career after scoring two goals in a 3-0 win against Lock Haven to cap off a 1-1 week for The Rock. After dropping a close 1-0 decision to Bloomsburg on Friday, Donnelly helped SRU quickly regrouped and pick up a crucial PSAC victory on Saturday against the Bald Eagles by scoring the game’s first two goals.

Donnelly’s first goal, which came just 24 seconds before halftime, was off of a long run in which he had to beat several defenders before finishing the attack. He scored his second goal in the 72nd minute after corralling a loose ball in the LHU zone and chipping a shot over the goalkeeper’s head to the far post.
