Thompson combined for 12 total tackles and 1.5 tackles for a loss in leading The Rock defense in a 28-20 win over Clarion Saturday. The 20 points was the fewest allowed by SRU in nearly a month dating back to an 18 point showing in the win over Gannon Sept. 15.
