Taylor helped Slippery Rock win its sixth game in the last seven tries with back to back 14 point efforts in wins over California and Edinboro. He netted 14 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in a road win at Cal before scoring 14 points and pulling down 11 rebounds in a home win over Edinboro.
