Watters had an interception and and blocked a punt that was recovered for a touchdown to help lead The Rock defense to a shutout over Cheyney. Slippery Rock has outscored opponents 105-14 in two games this year, with Watters pulling down two picks, blocking a punt in the end zone and returning a pick for a TD.
