Seigworth was dominant at the SRU Invitational, winning all four events she took part in and setting season-bests in three of the four. She won the 400-meter hurdles with the sixth-best time in the nation and also won the 100-meter hurdles with the top time in the PSAC. She closed her day by running on the winning 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams, both of which set season-best marks and rank either first or second in the PSAC.
