Seigworth had an incredible week with that started Thursday at The Penn Relays, where she was the top Division II finisher in the 400-meter hurdles with a then-season best time of 1:00.86. At the time, it was the seventh-best in the nation and the tops in the PSAC.
She followed her Penn Relays performance with an even more impressive performance Saturday at the Ashland Alumni Invitational. She won the 400m hurdles with an NCAA automatic qualifier of 1:00.03, the fifth-best time in the nation and tops in the PSAC. She then ran the second-best time in the PSAC In the 100m hurdles with a provisional qualifier of 14.43 seconds.
Her day Saturday was not finished, as she also ran legs of the 4x100m and 4x400m relays. The Rock 4x100m posted the best time in the PSAC this season at 48.16 seconds, nearly a full second faster than any other PSAC school. The 4x400m posted a time of 3:52.70, the second-best time in the PSAC this season. Both relays placed second at the meet.
