McQuaide won a pair of PSAC titles in 2018-19, sweeping the pole vault title at both the indoor and outdoor championship meets. She placed fifth at the National Championships indoor to earn her third career first team All-America honor and closed her career by winning the PSAC title outdoor while competing on a fractured foot.
