Biography
Short sprint specialist, Tina Beggs competed well for The Rock during her freshman season. At indoor PSAC’s Beggs just missed out on her first all conference award with a ninth-place finish in the 55m dash. As the outdoor season began to wind down Beggs’s time continued to fall. At the outdoor PSAC Championships meet, Beggs found the podium with a fifth-place finish in the 100m dash.
High School: 2006 Graduate of Lakeview High School...Four-year letter winner in Track and four-year letter in Cross Country... District 10 Champion in the 100 and 200 meter dash ... 2005 State Medalist in 100 meter dash ... National Honor Society treasurer...Student Council...Honor Roll...Biology major.
