5,000-meter run (25th place / 19:28.94) … came in third place in the 3,000-meter run at the SRU Invitational (11:06.97) … placed 10th in the 5,000-meters at the Ashland Alumni Open (19:31.86) … set a career-best time in the 10,000-meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic (39:01.77) ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.
2010-11 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5,000-meter run (18:39.95) … placed fourth in the 3,000-meter run at the Wuske Invitational (11:02.79).
2010 (XC): USTFCCCA All-Academic selection … was SRU’s fourth finisher at the Atlantic Regional Championships (37th place / 24.04.8) … came in 50th place at the PSAC Championships (24:42) … was SRU’s fourth finisher at the PSU Invitational (24:04) … ran a 24:55.2 race to place 32nd at the SRU Invitational … best finish of the year came at the SRU Quad Meet (15th place / 25:32.1).
2009 (XC): Ran in two cross country races for The Rock ... placed 25th at the IUP Invitational with a time of 27:27 ... came in 45th place at the Slippery Rock Invitational with a season-best time of 26:31.8.
2008-09 (Outdoor): Finished in the 3,000-meter run at the Ed Fry Invitational in ninth place (11:51.94) … placed 10th at the PSAC-West Challenge in the 1,500-meter run (5:27.99).
2008 (XC): Earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and field ... also lettered three years in volleyball and basketball ... WPIAL finalist in track and field ... Scholar-Athlete ... won Presidential Academic Award and the Student Council Distinguished Service Award ... earned C.J.
