2019 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Set three new PR’s in the javelin throw (41.29-meters), discus throw (40.60-meters), and the shot put (13.05-meters) … Compiled 20 PSAC marks … Reached the podium in the javelin throw with a fourth-place finish in the PSAC Outdoor Championships … Had 20 top-ten efforts (17 of them being top-five) … Added five first-place finishes.
2019 (Indoor): Placed second in shot put at the Edinboro Open with a mark of 12.24 meters … Finished fifth in the shot put at the YSU Mid-Major Invite at 13.04 meters.
2018 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put and javelin throw … Took seventh at the javelin at the league championships (39.71 meters) and 12th in the shot put (12.17 meters) … Registered a trio of top-six efforts at the Behrend Open, placing second in the javelin (37.95 meters), third in the shot put (12.18 meters) and sixth in the discus (33.13 meters) … Opened year by producing a mark of 12.66 meters in the shot put to finish sixth at the Westminster Open to go with a 37.24 meters javelin throw for a third-place showing.
2017-18 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put, placing seventh with a mark of 12.99 meters … Opened year by coming in sixth in the shot put at 13.25 meters at the YSU Mid-Major Invite.
