2022 (Outdoor): Competed at nine meets, primarily in the 100-meter hurdles … Qualified for the PSAC Championships, placing 11th in 16.56 seconds … Posted a season-best time of 15.95 seconds to place fourth at the SRU Open … Also broke 16.35 seconds at the Jim Thorpe Meet (16.08w / fifth), the Dave Labor Invitational (16.14 / seventh), the Red Flash Open (16.27 / 10th) and the Shamrock Invitational (16.32 / 20th) ... 2022 (Indoor): Competed at five meets primarily in the 60-meter hurdles and 200-meters … Posted season-best 60-meter hurdle time of 9.83 seconds to place third at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Just missed matching top 60-meter hurdle time after posting a 9.84 second showing to finish 19th at the YSU Mid-Major Invite … Closed year at the Edinboro Invite by running a season-best 200-meter time of 29.42 seconds and finishing eighth in the 60-meter hurdles at 9.93 seconds.

2021 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets in the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 100-meter hurdles, placing 10th in a season-best time of 15.92 seconds … Top 400-meter hurdle time of 1:09.87 came at the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet, good enough for third place, to go with a fourth-place showing in the 100-meter hurdles (16.11 seconds) … Opened season with top-10 showings at the Dave Labor Invitational in the 100-meter hurdles (17.07 seconds / eighth) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:13.55 / ninth) … Registered a pair of top-five finishes at the SRU Invitational via a fourth-place finish in the 100-meter hurdles (16.22w seconds) and a fifth-place showing in the 400-meter hurdles (1:12.67) … Recorded third-place finishes in both the 100-meter hurdles (16.22w seconds) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:10.45) at the Penn State Behrend Invitational ... PSAC Scholar Athlete. 

2019-20 (Indoor): Took part in six meets … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 60-meter hurdles, placing ninth with a season-best time of 9.41 seconds … Won the 60-meter hurdles at the Edinboro Last Chance Meet (9.50) … Also registered top-20 finishes in the 60-meter hurdles at Doug Raymond National Qualifier (20th / 9.53), the Al Hall Freedom Games (third / 9.51), the Youngstown State Invitational (seventh / 9.80) and the YSU Icebreaker (16th / 9.72) ... PSAC Scholar Athlete. 

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in ten meets … Recorded new PR’s in the 100-meter hurdles at 15.58 seconds and the 400-meter hurdles at 1:06.68 … Had 19 top ten finishes (11 of them being top-five) … Compiled 13 PSAC marks ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2019 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 60-meter hurdles, placing ninth and hitting a personal-best time of 9.42 seconds … Competed in the prestigious GVSU Big Meet in the 60-meter hurdles, placing 23rd with a time of 9.71 seconds … Placed third in both the 60-meter hurdles and as a part of The Rock’s 4x400 team with times of 9.62 seconds and 4:09.83 to go with a personal-best time in the 200-meters with a time of 27.70 seconds at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Finished fourth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.55 seconds at the Edinboro Open … Came in fourth as a part of The Rock’s 4x400 team with a time of 4:08.19 at the YSU Mid-Major Invite … Hit a personal-best time in the 400-meters at the YSU Invite with a time of 1:01.76.
