TFRRS Performance List

2014 (Outdoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the hammer throw placing 17th (41.32m)...reached a personal best in the hammer throw at the SRU Open (41.55m).

2013-14 (Indoor) : Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the weight throw to place 13th (14.25m) which is a personal best...reached a personal best in the shot put (9.35m).

2013 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets during the outdoor season ... most sucessful meet was the Ashland Alumni Open, placed 29th for hammer (37.47 m) and 27th for shot put (9.09m), both of which are personal bests.

2012-13 (Indoor): Competed at  the 2013 BWU Mid-February Meet and the Kent State Tune-Up...recorded a personal best mark in the shot put at the 2013 BWU Mid-February Meet (8:56m).
