Personal: Daughter of Rachel and Ken Ralston ... majoring in park and resource management/recreation management.

2013 (Outdoor): Placed 4th at the SRU Last Chance Invitational in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:10.71, a personal best ... also captured an outdoor personal best in the 100-meter at the Shamrock Invitational with a time of 14.25.

2012-13 (Indoor): Competed at the BWU Mid-February Meet, placing 3nd as a member of the 4x2 (1:52.82) and 2nd as a member of the 4x4 team (4:29.16)...finished in 10th in the 800-meters (2:37.98) at the Youngstown State Icebreaker.

2011-12 (Indoor): Registered two top-six finishes as part of SRU relay teams, finishing fourth in the 4x400-meter relay team (4:15.01) at the YSU Icebreaker and sixth as a member of the 4x200-meter relay team (1:56.80) at the B-W Mid-February Meet … also finished in 11th place in the 55-meter hurdles (9.92 seconds) at the B-W Meet … placed ninth in the 300-meter hurdles (50.80 seconds) at the Kent State Tune-Up.

High School: Lettered four times in soccer and three times in track ... selected to play in the AAA District 10 all-star game in soccer as a senior ... a member of the National Honor Society.
