2023 (Outdoor): Took part in both the 200-meters and 400-meters in lone appearance of season at the SRU Last Chance, placing eighth in the 400-meters (1:05.81) and 21st in the 200-meters (29.58).

2022 (Outdoor): Competed at six meets in sprinting events … Season-best 100-meter time of 13.12 seconds came at the SRU Open as part of a 13th-place finish … Also helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a victory while taking ninth in the 200-meters (27.20) at the SRU Open … Best 200-meter time of season came at the Red Flash Open following a run of 26.76 seconds (14th) … Ended season at the LHU Qualifier by placing fifth in the 200-meters (26.97) and ninth in the 100-meters (13.32).
 
2022 (Indoor): Competed in the 200-meters at two meets … Top time of year came at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier (26.98 seconds) … Also recorded a time of 27.60 seconds to finish sixth at the Edinboro Invite.

2021 (Outdoor): Did not compete.

Before The Rock: Attended Bloomsburg University for one year.
 
High School: A three-sport athlete at Ridgeway High School … Lettered four times in track & field, four times in soccer and four times in gymnastics … was a PIAA state qualifier all four years … A 13-time District 9 medalist in track & field and school record holder in four separate events … Helped lead Ridgeway to championships in soccer (District 9), gymnastics (state) and track (District 9 4x100-meters two times) … A member of the National Honor Society.
