Biography
Senior Katie Bork will once again be called upon to help lead The Rock women distance runners during the 2008 season. In 2006 Bork was awarded an ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District honor and an NCAA Division II All-East Region honor. At the 2006 indoor state meet Bork placed seventh in the 5,000-meter run and ninth in the 3000m event. Earning a place on the podium and an All-Conference honor, Bork just missed a second All-Conference honor with a 10th place finish in the 10,000m event at the PSAC Outdoor Championships.
Also on the Cross-Country team...High School: Lettered three seasons in both cross country and track... Captain of cross country and track teams... Member of National Honor Society...Earned honor roll four years...Exercise science/3 + 3 Physical Therapy.
