2019 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets … Recorded a season best finish in the 100-meter hurdles at the PSAC Outdoor Championships with a 15.28 second finish … Compiled 11 top-ten finishes (six of them being top-five).
2019 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the pentathlon, placing eleventh overall with highest showings coming in the 60-meter hurdles (2nd/9.15 seconds) and in the shot put (2nd/9.72 meters) … Placed first in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.31 seconds and second in long jump with a mark of 5.11 meters at the Edinboro Open.
