2010-11 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the heptathlon and finished in 12th place with 3,595 points … came in fifth place in the heptathlon at the Mondschein Multi competition with 3,456 points … came in second place in the 400-meter dash (1:02.94) at the SRU Tri Meet.

2010-11 (Indoor): Came in third place in the 400-meter dash at the BW Mid February Meet (1:02.46) … finished ninth in the pentathlon with 2,485 points at the NCAA Division II Team Challenge … placed 13th in the pentathlon (2,555 points) at the KSU Golden Flash Gala.

2009-10 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the heptathlon and finished in 14th place at 3,571 points … finished seventh in the heptathlon (3,620 points) at the Mondschein Multi competition.

2009-10 (Indoor): Competed at the PSAC Indoor Championships in both the 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash.

2008-09 (Outdoor): Ran in both the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes … placed seventh in the 200-meter dash at both the LHU Qualifier (27.38) and the Western Pa. Championships (27.87).

2008-09 (Indoor): Recorded a fourth-place finish in the 400-meter dash at the Baldwin Wallace Invitational ... named to Dean's List at Slippery Rock.

High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and field ... also earned four letters in basketball ... helped basketball team to WPIAL Championship ... recognized in "Who's Who Among High School Athletes" ... member of the Honor Roll.
