1,500-meter run at the PSAC’s (4:38.38) … won the 1,500-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (4:46.22) ... recorded the sixth fastest times in both the 1,500-meters and the 5,000-meters in the PSAC this season ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.
2010-11 (Indoor): USTFCCCA All-Region choice … earned All-PSAC honors by placing third in the 3,000-meter run at the PSAC Championships (9:49.51) … also placed fourth in the 5,000-meter run at the PSAC’s (17:00.8) … placed second and third respectively in the 5,000-meter run at the Golden Flash Gala (18:02.92) and the Akron Invitational (17:22.07).
2010 (XC): USTFCCCA All-Academic Team selection … earned All-Region honors with an 11th place finish at the Atlantic Regional Championships (22:51.3) … earned All-PSAC honors and helped SRU to a third-place finish at the PSAC Championships by placing 11th (23:00) … began season with consecutive wins at the Seagull Invitational, the SRU Quad Meet (22:55.3) and the SRU Invitational (22:09.6).
2009-10 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC honors after pacing third in the 10,000-meter run at the PSAC Championships (36:21.30) … won the 5,000-meter run at the CCU Invitational (17:49.40) … won the 3,000-meter run at the Ellison Invitational (10:31.91).
2009-10 (Indoor): Finished in fifth place in the 5,000-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.
