Personal: Daughter of Virginia and Craig Carrow ... exercise science major.

2012 (Outdoor): Finsihed in third place in the hammer throw (48.19 meters) and fifth place in the discus throw (36.54 meters) at the PSAC Championships ... had two first place finishes in the hammer throw at the W&J Invitational (45.97 meters) and the Ed Fry Invitational (45.91 meters) ... placed first in the discus throw at the Ed Fry Invitational with a throw of 33.49 meters ... also placed second at the Dave Labor Invitational (45.11 meters).

2011-12 (Indoor): Finished in eighth place at the PSAC Championships in the weight throw with a mark of 13.64 meters … placed fourth in the weight throw at the B-W Mid-February Meet in the weight throw after making a throw of 13.75 meters … began season by placing sixth in the weight throw (13.44 meters) at the YSU Icebreaker.

2010-11 (Outdoor): Finished in sixth place in both the hammer (45.49 meters) and discus (36.75 meters) throws at the PSAC Championships … placed fourth in the hammer throw (36.43 meters) to begin the season at the Battle of the Beaches … won the hammer throw at the SRU Tri Meet (44.39 meters) … placed second in the hammer throw at the Ed Fry Invitational (39.70 meters) and the SRU Last Chance Meet (41.78 meters) ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete.

2010-11 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the weight throw (16th place / 12.00 meters) … came in third place in the weight throw at the BW Mid-February Meet (13.71 meters).

2009-10 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the hammer throw … set season-best marks at the SRU Last Chance Meet in the shot put (8.63 meters), discus (34.78 meters) and the hammer throw (43.53 meters) … finished in fourth place in the hammer throw at the Western Pa. Championships (40.10 meters).

2009-10 (Indoor): Competed in the weight throw at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... finished in third place in the weight throw at the SRU Open ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors.

2008-09 (Outdoor): Placed fourth in the discus throw at the Ed Fry Invitational (34.84 meters) … finished in 10th place in the hammer throw at the LHU Qualifier (36.28 meters).

2008-09 (Indoor): Participated in the weight throw at three competitions.

High School: Lettered four times in track & field, basketball and volleyball.
