2013 (Outdoor): Competed at 4 meets in the 5,000-meter ... best performance was at the Ashland Alumni Open with a 20th place finish and a time of 21:15:55.

2012-13 (Indoor): Competed in the 5,000-meter run at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (31st place, 21:50.18) and at the BWU Mid-February Meet (15th place, 21:23.96).

2012 (XC): Started the season with a 79th place finish at the Mack Cooper Classic (28:36.1)  ... finished 110th at the Lock Haven XC Qualifier (27:15.0) ... and concluded the season with a 63rd place finish at the Slippery Rock Cross Country Invitational (28:23.2).

2012 (Outdoor): Competed at 3 meets in the 5,000-meter ... best performance was at the Ashland Alumni Open with a 16th place finish and a time of 20:55.96, a personal best.

2011-12 (Indoor): Competed in one event, placing 16th in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 12:12.59 at the B-W Mid-February Meet.

2011 (XC): Started Rock career by placing 32nd (23:42.5) at the SRU-Alaska Anchorage dual meet ... finished 81st (28:58.1) at the Mack Cooper Classic ... posted a 47th-place showing (29:09.5) at the Mercyhurst/Gannon Invitational ... ended freshman season with 88th (27:29.60) and 121st (28:07.5) at the Lock Haven Invite and SRU Invite.

High School: Lettered three times in cross country and twice in track at Chardon High School.
