Personal: Daughter of Linda and Mike Ruffo … majoring in biology.

2013 (Outdoor): Competed at 3 meets in the 3,000-meter Steeple and one meet in the 5,000-meter ... captured a personal best for the 3,000S at the W&L Track & Field Carnival (12:52.04).

2012-13 (Indoor): Competed in the 3000-meters at the Youngstown State Invitational (25th place, 12:21.26) and at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (29th place, 12.00.99)... placed 21st in the mile (5:57.22) at the BWU Mid-February Meet.

2012 (XC): Competed at two meets ... came in 55th at the Mack Cooper Classic with a time of 26:44.3 and came in 89th at the Lock Haven XC Qualifier with a time of 26:14.7.

High School: A three sport athlete … lettered four times in track and field, three times in cross country, and once in soccer … was named all-region all three years she competed in cross country … won two district 10 titles and went to states all three years and finished second in states for cross country … was all-region for four straight years in track and field and was all-region in soccer her senior year … was part of the National Honor Society.
