2014-15 (Indoor): Earned second career All-Region honor and first in the weight throw after breaking the SRU weight throw record with a toss of 17.10 meters... Earned All-PSAC honor with a 3rd place finish in the weight throw at the PSAC Championship (17.10m)... Qualified for the PSAC Championship in shot put and placed 6th with a toss of 12.55m... threw a career high 13.13m in shot put at the Youngstown St. National Invite... had 11 top ten finished... 2014 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put and hammer throw, placed 6th in the shot put (12.12m) and 19th in the hammer throw (41.19m)...reached a personal best in the hammer throw at the Dave Labor Invite to take first place (51.07m).
2013-14 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the shot put and weight throw, earned 5h in the shot put (12.23m) and 3rd in the weight throw (16.16m)...reached a personal best in the weight throw at the YSU National Invitational (16.56m).
2013 (Outdoor):Â Captured a personal best and 1st place finish in the hammer throw at the SRU Invitational (49.77m) ... also placed 1st in hammer throw at the Dave Labor Invitational (47.65m) ... qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in both shot put and hammer throw; placed 9th in hammer throw (45.80m) and 14th in shot put (11.21m).
2012-13 (Indoor): Started the season placing 2nd in the weight throw with a personal best mark of 14.99 meters at the Youngstown State Icebreaker...two top ten finishes at the BWU Mid-February Meet in the weight throw (4th place, 14.36m) and the shot put (8th place, 11.05m)...competed at the PSAC Championships and finished 6th in the weight throw (14.90m) and 13th in the shot put (10.55m).
2011-12 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the weight throw and the shot put finishing in fifth place (14.93 meters) and 11th place (11.01 meters), respectively … won the shot put (12.23 meters) and placed second in the weight throw (14.97 meters) at the B-W Mid-February Meet … turned in a pair of top-10 performances at the YSU Icebreaker in the shot put (sixth place – 11.82 meters) and the weight throw (eighth place – 13.27 meters) … turned in a quality showing at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge, placing eighth in the weight throw (14.45 meters) and 10th in the shot put (11.40 meters).
High School: lettered in track & field and volleyball at Sachem High School ... was an all-league and all-county performer in both sports.
