2019 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800-meters and as a part of The Rock’s 4x800 team, placing 10th in the 800-meter with a time of 2:27.00 and placing third in the 4x800 with a time of 9:28.41 … Finished third and hit a career-best in the 800-meter with a time of 2:24.32 at the Edinboro Open … Came in fourth as a part of The Rock’s 4x800 team with a time of 4:27.18 and placed ninth as well as hit a career-best in the 400 meter with a time of 1:03.85 at the Al Hall Freedom Games.

2018 (Outdoor): Earned all-league honors as a member of The Rock’s 4x800 meter relay team at the PSAC Championships … Ran the 800-meters at five meets … Finished 12th at the Ashland Alumni Open with a season-best time of 2:25.23 … Just misses a personal-best time after running the Bison Outdoor Classic in 2:25.33 … Also placed sixth in the 800-meters at the SRU Open (2:33.64) and 11th at the Cal U Early Bird Invite (2:26.26).

2017-18 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships as a member of The Rock’s distance medley relay team, helping SRU to an eighth-place finish at 13:21.82 … Ran the 800-meters at four events … Clocked a season-best time of 2:27.88 to place fifth at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Ran the 400-meter dash at the Edinboro Invite, placing sixth at 1:04.61.

2017 (XC): Did not compete.
