2010-11 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 3,000-meter steeple chase (18th place / 12:14.40) and the 10,000-meter run (13th place / 39:47.00) … won the 3,000-meter run at the SRU Tri Meet (11:04.04) ... PSAC-Scholar Athlete

2010-11 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5,000-meter run (30th place / 19:38.77).

2010 (XC): USTFCCCA All-Academic Team selection … placed 61st (24:28.0) at the Atlantic Regional Championships … was SRU’s fourth finisher at the PSAC Championships (31st / 24:16) … placed 44th at the SRU Invitational (25:21.4) … finished in fifth place at the SRU Quad Meet (24:27.8) … began season finishing 15th overall and as SRU’s third finisher at the Seagull Invitational.

2009-10 (Outdoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in both the 10,000-meter run (12th place / 39:34.21) and the 5,000-meter run (18th place / 19:25.22).

2009 (XC): Named to the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division II All-Academic team … was Slippery Rock’s second runner at the IUP Invitational, finishing fifth with a time of 24:28 … helped lead SRU to a win at the Slippery Rock Invitational by placing 15th in a time of 24:29.3 … placed 111th as The Rock’s third runner at the National Invitational … placed 33rd at the PSAC Championships and finished 77th at the NCAA Regional Championships.

2008-09: Competed in the 5,000-meter run at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... earned PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors for the second consecutive season.

2007-08: Named to PSAC Scholar-Athlete honors in first collegiate season.

High School: Lettered three years in cross country and track and field ... two-time Second Team All-Ocean ... named to Asbury Park Press Honorable Mention honors ... garnered Coach's Award ... team captain of both the cross country and the track and field teams during senior year ... member of the 2004 South Jersey Group 4 State Championship team ... member of the student council ... member of the Honor Roll.
