Personal: Daughter of Michele and Shawn Flood … Majoring in Early Childhood Education.
2021 (Outdoor): Competed at five meets, taking part in the 5,000-meters, 1,500-meters and 800-meters during the season … Opened season by posting a season-best time of 5:14.73 in the 1,500-meters to finish 11th at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational … Placed ninth in both 5,000-meter races entered on the year at the Bill Lennox Invitational (20:24.73) and the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet (21:23.68) … Took third place in the 1,500-meters at the SRU Invitational after clocking a time of 5:26.08 ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.
2019-20 (Indoor): Competed in six meets, taking part in the 800-meters, 5,000-meters and mile throughout the season … Began the season with back-to-back top-20 showings in the 5,000 meters, placing 17th at the Youngstown State Invitational (20:45.58) and 19th at the YSU Icebreaker (21:09.06) … Proceeded to run the mile in three straight meets with the highlight being a season-best time of 5:40.59 at the Al Hall Freedom Games to net a 10th-place finish … Ended season by running the 800-meters at the Edinboro Last Chance Meet, placing 11th at 2:33.37 ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.
2019 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Set two new PR’s in the 5K at 19:49.17 and the 1,500-meter run at 5:13.28 … Had four top-ten finishes (two of them being top-five).
2019 (Indoor): Placed second and hit a career-high in the 5,000-meters at the Edinboro Open with a time of 20:06.61.
High School: Lettered three times in cross country and twice in track & field at Jackson High School … Also played on the softball and volleyball teams.
