2012-13 (Indoor): Did not compete during the indoor season.
2012 (XC): Competed at two meets this season ... came in 71st at the Mack Cooper Classic with a time of 27:53.5 ... came in 98th at the Lock Haven XC Qualifier with a time of 26:26.5.
2012 (Outdoor): Competed at two meets in the 5,000-meter ... best performance was was at the Dave Labor Invitational with an 8th place finish and a time of 21:13.54, a personal best.
2011-12 (Indoor): Did not compete during indoor season.
2011 (XC): Began Rock running career by placing 75th (28:07.4) at the Mack Cooper Classic ... finished 38th (28:37.2) at the Mercyhurst/Gannon Invitational ... ended season with finishes of 68th (25:54.80) and 94th (26:57.7) at the Lock Haven Invite and the SRU Invitational.
High School: Lettered four times in indoor track and three times in both outdoor track and cross country … earned second team all-district honors in cross country … a member of the National Honor Society.
