2019 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Set two new PR’s in the 400-meter dash at 1:00.10 and the 200-meter dash at 26.92 seconds … Had ten top-ten finishes (seven of them being top-five) … Recorded a PSAC mark in the 400-meter dash.

2019 (Indoor): Helped lead The Rock to a PSAC title in the distance medley relay at the league championships (12:09.43) … Also competed as part of SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team at the PSAC Championships, placing 10th (4:11.81) … Won the 400-meters at the Edinboro Open with a time of 1:00.04 … Placed third in the 400-meters with a time of 1:00.32 and third in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:09.83 at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Helped SRU finish fourth in the 4x400 with a time of 4:08.19 at the YSU Mid-Major Invite … Hit a personal-best time in the 200-meters with a time of 27.56 seconds at the YSU Invite.

2018 (Outdoor): Ran the 400-meters in a season-best time of 1:00.26 to place eighth at the Westminster Invitational … Produced a pair of top-10 finishes at the Cal U Early Bird Invite, placing fifth in the 400-meters (1:01.66) and ninth in the 200-meters (28.09 seconds) … Also placed fourth in the 400-meters at the SRU Open with a time of 1:02.65 … Closed season with a season-best time of 28.03 seconds in the 200-meters to place 21st at the Ashland Alumni Open.

2017-18 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter dash and as part of The Rock’s distance medley relay team … Helped SRU to an eighth-place showing in the DMR while finishing 20th in the 400-meters at 1:01.87 … Won the 400-meters at the Edinboro Invite with a season-best time of 1:00.95 … Also clocked a season-best time of 27.85 seconds in the 200-meters at the Edinboro Invite to place third … Was victorious in the 400-meters at the Al Hall Freedom Games with a time of 1:02.16.
